When you upload photos or content to GameDay GatePass, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform. You retain ownership of your content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload.
GameDay GatePass contains affiliate links to third-party booking platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. Transactions you complete on third-party platforms are governed by their own terms of service.
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about stadiums, venues, and travel. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all content. Game schedules, venue hours, and prices are subject to change. Always verify important details directly with venues before traveling.
The GameDay GatePass name, logo, design, and original content are owned by GameDay GatePass and protected by intellectual property laws. Team names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective universities and the NCAA. GameDay GatePass is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university or the NCAA.
GameDay GatePass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameDay GatePass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to travel disruptions, booking errors, or reliance on information provided on the Platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
